Lajcsi igen intelligensen irt az alkotmanyi problemakrol. Valoban nem kell
tul messzire menni, hogy mi mindent lehet megmagyarazni az alkotmanyra
hivatkozva. Kedvenc peldam: az amerikai Supreme Court a "commerce clause"-ra
hivatkozva hozta meg intezkedeseit a deli szegregacio ellen!

Par hettel ezelott kivancsi lettem magam is a magyar alkotmanyra, de
mindossze angolul sikerult megszereznem az Interneten. Az Alkotmanyban
mindossze ezt talaltam erre vonatkozolag:

Tehat talaltam egy idezetet "a socially alert market economy"-ra es egy
masikat "a wants of the needy through a long line of social measures"-rol.

Tudomasom szerint Vastagh Pal, a koalicio igazsagugyi minisztere, az uj
alkotmanyba is be akarja tenni a "szocialis demokracia"-ra vonatkozo
passzust, ami tovabbra is igen komoly dilemma ele allitana a jovo kormanyait.
