De az a mu"ho'd nem a magneses teret ohajtotta volna megcsapolni (a TSS-1R
vontatott mu"ho'd kiserlettel elvileg is lehetetlen, osszetettebb kiserlet-

1. Magneses terben (az erovonalakkal nem parhuzamosan) mozgatott vezeto
vegei kozott indukalt feszultseg keletkezik. Ahhoz, hogy ezt merni tudjuk,
a vezeto "tulso" vegerol egy masik drotot vissza kell vezeti az "innenso"
vegere. Ha a visszavezeto drot ugyanott megy, ahol az odavezeto, akkor az
indukalt feszultseg ugyanakkora lesz, a ket feszultseg szembekapcsolodva
az eredo nulla. Ergo: az TSS-1R kabelevel nem lehet magneses indukcioval
aramot termelni.

2. Ha (pl ket muhold es az urrepulogep kozott) egy nagy haromszogben fe-
szitjuk ki a kabeleket, akkor mar lesz indukalt feszultseg, energiat is
lehet nyerni, de ez az energia nem a fold magneses teret fogja megcsapolni,
hanem a muhold es az urrepulogep mozgasi energiajat. Hasonlat: egy villamos
eromuben a generatorok FORGATASA a nehez, erre hasznaljak a viz vagy goztur-
binat. A forgoresz magneses teret letrehozo elektromagnesek csak a rezhuzal
nullanal nagyobb ellenallasa miatt fogyasztanak energiat.

relevance, excellent working knowledge of  two Central/Eastern
European and two EU languages, over ten years experience in
international environmental affairs, in-depth knowledge of and
experience with environmental  offices/branches of the relevant 
international organizations (as the UN ECE CEP, EC DGXI, OECD, etc.),
should demonstrate familiarity with the  Environment for Europe
process. Familiarity with EU approximation requirements and/or
