Hungarian Folk Dance/Music:  Tanchaz

Táncház starts at 7:30 p.m.. Dancing to live (local bands TÁNCHÁZ! & Maros
Ensemble) and recorded music continues until 11:30 p.m.. The basic steps of the
dances will be demonstrated in special teaching circles while each dance is
going on. You may bring food or drink as an optional donation to the snack
table. Please bring dance footwear.

Admission: $5

Directions To "Starting Point Dance Studio:"

METRO (green line):  The studio is walking distance from the College Park Metro
Station (green line). From the College Park Metro, please walk west on Calvert
Street (towards Route 1)  and the studio is the last building on your left
before Route 1.

I-95:  From Interstate 495 (Washington Beltway) take Exit 25B, which is Route 1
(Baltimore Ave.) South toward College Park. Go 14 lights (including the light a
t
the ramp), and turn left onto Calvert Road. The studio is in the first building
on the right, behind Clean & Lean Fitness Center.

[Please do not park on the street. Limited parking is available behind the
building, and there is a larger parking lot near the studio farther up (East) o
n
Calvert Street on your right. ]
