egyetemen keresztul, ilyenforman az nem adomentes. Az egyetem gyakorlatilag
(eseti kifizetesektol eltekintve) nem fizet semmit. A cegnel vonjak az
osztondijbol az SZJA eloleget, meg a 10%-ot (talan baleseti jaruleknak
hivjak?). No de ki fizeti utanam az idei evtol aktualis havi 1800 Ft-ot? Az

A kormanyrendelettel kapcsolatban lenne kerdesem:
Az osszel azt hallottam, hogy ha allami osztondijas hosszabb idore
megszakitja tanulmanyait (pl. 10 honapig felfuggeszti
hallgatoi jogviszonyat), akkor ezzel elesik az osztondijtol,
azaz a tanulmanyait mar osztondij nelkulikent folytathatja csak.
A kormanyrendelet ilyesmitrol nem rendelkezik konkretan,
de a tanulmanyok megszakitasarol szolo resz mintha ugy fogalmazna,
hogy aki megszakitotta tanulmanyait, a folytataskor ugyanabba a
statusba kerul vissza, mint a megszakitaas elott.
Valoban jol ertem a rendeletet? Vagy varhato esetleg egy
szigorito intezkedes?
