I was skimming through the words-comparison end of your post (not knowing
any of the languages in question), when the above set caught my eye. Is
this any relation to Semitic "aba"-type words for father (Aramaic "abba,"
Hebrew? "aba"), or just coincidence? (Forgive me if I've got my words
wrong; this is fuzzy territory at best for me).

Your Sumerian-Ural/Altaic word comparisons are
certainly interesting... But some Turkish words
listed are borrow words from non-Altaic languages.
On the other hand, some better matches in Turkish
can be found instead of the given examples. This
is all I can say after taking a quick look at it
and unfortunately I can't spare the time to offer
item by item comments. (besides I'm no linguist
and can't even tell what sounds the numeric digits
supposed to indicate, etc.) But I'll try to follow
the thread...

I must have missed all of that. If anybody knows more of it, please
fill in the gaps.

That's a good one! You do have a great sense of humor, indeed! Almost
as good as Clinton's who sent the 82nd Airborne to pick up trash and
clean public toilets in Haiti.

: Actually, a different kind of pay-off. As you know, women voters had a
: lion's share in Bill Clinton's re-election. It is customary in our
: politics to reward that. It keeps the ball rolling.

This is perhaps a bit silly (and nothing personal), but isn't it strange
that the Democrat choice for the Secretary of State job goes
consistently to the ugliest person (phenotype-like) in the Clinton
administration?. C. Alexander before, now M. Albright...

I would like to know as much about Meszes (the Balazs's) or Szendro
(the Josvai's aka Josvay) Hungary....My ancestors are from these
places as shown by the applicable names

apparently Meszes was so small when the Balasz's were there, that
the place was called a little hamlet, population 100 i would like to
know if that is still the case

I would love postcards from either place but in the mean time e mail
me in the USA

Thank you from America

I think you are right! I am all for it, but worried about her, she will
have a very
hard time with all these men, particularly the ones in the middle east.
Off course I know she can handle them all, "kicsi a bors de eros...".
It will be interesting to watch how it is going to work out!

Well, next time before you defecate all over the info-highway, remember that
there is plenty of traffic, you inconsiderate toddler.

That's new! Chicks in the ng? And they are mine? Are you on drugs again?

Incorrect spelling does not provide you with dimensions. You are as flat as a
toad under a steamroller. And as attractive. You are stuck in the monochrome
frame of your alleged poetic talents.

You are right, I did not. It is just your basic animal urge to respond to a
superior power.

>I am satisfied that you are bored to death.
That would work if you were my entertainment center. You are a mere side
branch, and life provides enough fun if you drop dead. You may do that, or go
play with TD.

No, I will not take you as an example, because what you claim is in my
humble opinion questionable. As far as I know the US are the most popular

the Western world, as far as I know.

*exaggeration*.
Yes, there's a drugs problem and there's a lot of poverty ("take me as an
example"), but that doesn't make life necessarily unbearable.
